What is the difference between Pure Moroccan Argan Oil and Emu Oil?
I have Pure Moroccan Argan Oil and I love it. It's organic cruelty free and vegan. Everything a girl needs. It great as a facial moisturizer and treats split ends. My husband recently purchased Emu oil and it has about the same benefits and even more. But it's cheaper and comes from an animal. Which is better? Which is perferred? If Emu Oil is so beneficial then why isn't it highly advertised like Argan Oil? Why isn't used by the majority of people? Am I being cheated and should change to Emu Oil or is Argan oil something more special?
Emu oil is very beneficial if you have arthritis and Eczema or broken skin. But the one thing I would take caution with emu oil is that since it does come from animal fat, it will clog your pores that can lead to acne. I would suggest just using emu oil like on your feet, hands stomach, chest and arms. But the one thing Emu oil doesn't have apart from Argan oil, is antioxidants to prevent aging and sun damage. Argan oil also comforts dry skin, and balances sebum production. They are both great but if you have acne prone skin I would stick to Argan oil or jojoba oil. Otherwise Emu is great for joint pain and extremely dry skin.
