how to create a home spa?(except for the mud bath haha)?
i bought this book on aromatherapy,and it contains information on skin,relaxation,products etc.The last page caught my attention because it had a little guide on how to set up an aromatherapy atmosphere at home (a home spa) it wasn't that informative to be quite honest.i have most of the things needed to make it happen though and want to build up a stock of these things.I have the following home spa essentials:large stainless steal bowl with large marbles to massage your feet,cotton flannels and towels,a head band and shower cap, a jar of sea salt and meditation music (rainforest sounds).The only thing i am stuck on is choosing the correct essential oils for me and what they can be used for?for example if im someone who tends to stress more than i should and has trouble forgetting bad cenarios could i mix lavender (relaxing) with rosemary (uplifting)? a qualified aromatherapist could you please give me some good pointers?
