There is something called "reflexology" that deals with ertain spots on the soles of your feet being connected to every part of your body...water foot massagers can utilize the reflexology by focusing on a specific region of your foot...other than that, massagers are beneficial because they soothe tired and achy feet, moisturize dry/cracked skin, and can soften your feet making them feel better and look better, especially if you add in oils, bath beads, aromatherapy, etc.
