anyone used the hypno birth?
I have been reading about this hypnobaby class they have at my hospital and they claim that with this training you learn how to control the pain and relax to have a much easier and almost pain free birth! I even watched a video of a woman who used it and it appeared to be very effective. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has done this method for their child birth (this would mean natural of course) and if they would tell me how it went!

i read about it too... im thinking of taking the classes it won't hurt to try it... but if it doesn't work... epidural for me... lol... (im scared of getting knocked out cause of the pain...) i don't handle pain well..
