anyone ever used the Mongan Method (hypnobirthing) for birthing?
what was your experience like?.. i'm 34 weeks and i'm reading the book and wondering if it were possible to acheive without the actual classes.

yes it is this was really helpful for me when I was trying to find the method of birthing i wanted to pursue when the time came as long as you can get down the basis of theory then you have it down all it really is. is just that a theory (a very helpful one if you ask me.) well i hope i helped good luck with your birth
