Is there a particular massage or massager that specialises in the lumbar area of the back?

I've got one on my back as we speak....my hubby got it for me from Walgreens and its a Homedics Shiatsu Pillow With Heat. Its just wonderful...two contraptions located on the front of the pillow continuosly make tiny, rhythmic circles on your lumbar spine when you lay back against it. Don't know how much it costs, but I'm sure it's worth it!!!
