how long are you supose to be massaged by one of those Homedic Shiatsu chair massagers?
i love how it feels so i normally let it massage for like an hour is that too long and will it eventually ruin my back???
I own an ijoy chair and the manual says do not use for more than 15 minutes at a time. These chairs give a way more complex massage than the Homedic Massager. So I don't know if this will apply. I don't think it will ruin your back either or there would be a warning on it.
