Is it ok to use a Back Massager while pregnant? The good kind like the chiropracter uses?
I have a very good Back Massager, the ones like a chiropracter uses. Is it ok to use this while pregnant on my back? I am 38 weeks 4 days, and my back is killing me, its a dull ache and wont go away but does not seem to get any worse either.
I went to the Dr. Last week and I was 1-2cm dialated and he said the cervics was soft and in position (what ever that means) He also striped my membranes and I have lost my mucus plug.
I didnt know if the vibrating would be safe for my baby or not. Im in alot of pain any other reidies would be helpful. Thank you!

you could be having back labor pains, I would wait ask the Dr
those hurt and bad too. Have your Husband or B/F roll a rolling pin down your back or tennis balls work too. I may be wrong but you are pretty close to having that baby. Congrads
