Be sure to use a condom with your vibrator, especially if you buy a cheap one, because some plastics can be harmful to your vagina, and are porous - which means they are harder to clean and can basically harbor bacteria. So just clean after ever use (if using for insertion) with normal hand soap and you should be fine.
