really painful Neck PAIN?
I have a really painful pain on the right side of my neck.
i cant put my ear on my shoulder and i cant turn my head as far as i can on the other side.
I havent done anything which i know i could of hurt it what is it?
ive tried heat rub and a Neck Massager thing but it doesnt seem to work..
I CAN BARELY MOVE MY HEAD NOW!
It might be that you've pulled a muscle in your neck. Try lying on your side, without a pillow, sore side facing the ceiling. It will hurt like mad, but will stretch out the muscles in your neck. After a while (say three minutes) , it should stop hurting. When it does turn yourself gently on to your stomach and get up, using your arms as supports.
Take a painkiller if necessary.
