do I need therapy?? am I depressed!????
okay here's the deal...
lately I've been feeling out of it. just so down but I try my best to smile. I don't know why nuthing pleases me..... I'm unhappy with myself and my life. I just wish I could live in a mansion with all the money in the worl... no emotional problems att all....(but it ain't gonna happen... life isn't perfect. I want to start my "singing career" because i have the talent and I have the heart but It's just not happening. I feel like I need some air and get out of this house... not just when I go to curch ... but to have a normal life. I wanna be the 16yr old who goes out with her friends.... shopping, movies, bowling. sleepovers.... but no! it's not going to happen!....not that I don't have the money....I just don't have the freedom 'cause I messed up soooo bad!....I'm so sick of not having a normal life. man....I feel so trapped and down.. I just feel like throwing up!... I can't tell my parents the way I feel, 'cause... I just can't! and no it's not pms..
Money isn't the answer to everything, whatever you did to mess up so bad, is going to need some fixing. If its with the parents then open up to them a little, parents cant and don't understand whats going on with their child unless there is a healthy communication among the two, in order to get the freedom you want there will need to be a trust factor, trust is earned and unfortunately very hard to get from a parent, believe me I just went through this with my daughter who is now 18 and I have to say, I really appreciated the way she became so open and honest after her big mess up, be as honest with them as possible and I think you will build their trust back, that's all a parent wants from their children.
