anyone else use these?
i like to meditate using Tibeten singing bowls. it's very calming, since i can't focus on my breathing like most people do to meditate. i have the hypochondria, so i try to ignore bodily functions.
what are your thoughts on them?
no idea what category to put this under, so i picked the one i am answering in.
I think they are marvelous, though I don't use them for meditation.
