I need help! Wrist problems!!?
k , my wrist hurt a lot a few weeks ago . i put ice on it and the paiin was gone for a while . but yesterday it started hurting again . and its bad . i cant stand it! ive tried ice,heat, a massager , nothing works! the pain is bad , i cant move my hand forward to far or back wards . also it hurts to move it at all. does anyone know whats wrong ? and what i can do to help ?
